WASHINGTON, March 4 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following document from the Economics Daily:
Nebraska had the highest proportion of employed people in 2022, 68.1 percent, followed by North Dakota, 67.8 percent. The District of Columbia had the highest annual average employment-population ratio in its history, 67.4 percent. LINCOLN, Nebraska, Feb. 28 (TNSres) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Nebraska Field Office issued the following news release:
All layers in Nebraska during January 2023 totaled 6.21 million, down from 8.43 million the previous year, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Nebraska egg production during January totaled 148 million eggs, down from 210 million in 2022.
