WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Rep. James E. Clyburn, D-S.C., has introduced legislation (H.R. 9466) to "require Community Development Block Grant and Surface Transportation Block Grant recipients to develop a strategy to support inclusive zoning policies, to allow for a credit to support housing affordability."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 8. It was jointly referred to the House Ways and Means; Financial Services; Transportation and Infrastructure committees.

Rep. Fallon Introduces Bill on Expedited Removal of Inadmissible Arriving Aliens
WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (H.R. 9470) to "amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify that expedited removal of inadmissible arriving aliens applies regardless of where the alien is encountered or apprehended."

Rep. Lowenthal Introduces Bill on Development of Aquaculture in Exclusive Economic Zone
WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Rep. Alan Lowenthal, D-Calif., has introduced legislation (H.R. 9477) to "authorize studies and pilot programs related to the development and production of aquaculture in the exclusive economic zone of the U.S."
