Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 4939) to "require the Secretary of State to submit a report to Congress on the designation of the Muslim Brotherhood as a foreign terrorist organization." The bill was introduced on Dec. 1 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., James M. Inhofe, R-Okla., and Ron Johnson, R-Wis. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
