WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., has introduced legislation (S. 4540) to "provide that individuals may serve as poll workers for the November 3, 2020, general elections if registered to vote in the State in a location other than the location at which the individual serves."
