WASHINGTON, July 3 -- Pennsylvania State University Electro-Optics Center, Freeport, Pa., was awarded an $11,488,791 federal contract by the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., for the research, design, development and delivery of sub-systems for the Common Data Sensor Architecture (CDSA) Program.
