Florida Inventors Develop Identification Apparatus

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 29 -- John W. Lerch, Joshua M. Girvin and John P. Norair, all from Indialantic, Fla., have developed an identification device.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An identification apparatus, such as may be incorporated into a band of material used as a wristband.
