New Jersey Inventors Develop System for Fair User Information Exchange

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 16 -- Juan A. Garay of West New York, N.J., and Carl B. Pomerance of Watchung, N.J., have developed a method for exchanging hidden value.
