FORT LEAVENWORTH, Kan., Aug. 22 -- The Command and General Staff College Foundation issued the following news release:
On Aug. 10, Wes Westmoreland, a trustee of the CGSC Foundation, invited a group from the Kansas City Community to tour. The group started their tour learning about the fort and all its rich history including the Santa Fe Trail, the historical homes and the former disciplinary barracks.
The next stop was the Lewis and Clark center where they had a chance . . .
