PHILADELPHIA, June 24 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Louis D. Lappen, issued said that Drew Alia, 40, of Philadelphia, was sentence to a 12 month and 1 day for willfully failing to file federal income tax returns for tax years 2010 through 2013. Alia, an attorney, operated a home mortgage rescue service that was designed to assist home owners who were facing foreclosure, according to a news release.
