WASHINGTON, May 25 -- The Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus issued the following statement by Chair Rep. Judy Chu after the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court's injunction against President Donald Trump's repackaged Muslim and refugee travel ban:
