MADISON, Wis., May 25 -- The Wisconsin Republican Party issued the following statement by Executive Director Mark Morgan on the state Legislature's Joint Finance Committee supported a plan to freeze tuition that will help make college more affordable for hard-working Wisconsin families - a stark contrast to Wisconsin Democrats who have nothing left but the same old policies of yesterday:
