WASHINGTON, May 22 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., issued the following statement after Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a memorandum outlining how the Justice Department will implement President Trump's executive order on sanctuary cities:
"It's perfectly reasonable to withhold federal funds from sanctuary cities that refuse to enforce federal laws. This is a long overdue step, and I commend Attorney General Sessions for taking steps to carry out President Trump's efforts t . . .
