DENVER, April 27 -- The Colorado House Republicans issued the following news release:
Today, the House Transportation and Energy Committee unanimously passed Senate Bill 229, known as the "Move over for Cody Act". The bill's informal title is in honor of State Trooper Cody Donahue, who was struck and killed in during a traffic stop in 2016 by a driver who failed to move over a lane.
