WASHINGTON, March 21 -- The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee issued the following statement by Communications Director Lauren Passalacqua on the Republican's attempt to revise its "wealthcare" plan:
"These tweaks will do nothing to help the Americans the GOP plan would hurt and are simply a last-ditch effort to save Republicans from the political fallout of forcing older people to pay as much as five times more for care and raising costs on working people - . . .
