JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Feb. 23 -- The Pennsylvania House Democrats issued the following news release:
State Rep. Bryan Barbin, D-Cambria/Somerset, today announced a $1.9 million state grant to the John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport, to develop a Business Aviation Management Degree Program in conjunction with St. Francis University.
