Today, Congressman Xavier Becerra (CA-34), Chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, released the following statement after President Obama announced steps to normalize relations with the Cuban government, following the release of U.S. contractor Alan Gross and an unnamed U.S. intelligence agent from Cuba.
