AURORA, Illinois, May 3 -- Rep. Bill Foster, D-Illinois, issued the following news release on May 2, 2024:
Today, Congressman Bill Foster (IL-11) and Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) announced a $1,499,110 grant for the Quad County Urban League as part of the Department of Labor's YouthBuild Program, a community-based pre-apprenticeship program that provides job training and educational services for 16 to 24 year-olds who left school without a secondary diploma . . .
