A new report out today by the real estate services firm Redfin finds home prices in all of the 50 most populated U.S. metropolitan areas aren't budging. According to the report, median home-sale price rose from a year earlier or stayed the same in all 50 of the most populous U.S. metros during the four weeks ending April 28.
