NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas, April 30 -- Texas State Technical College issued the following news:
Texas State Technical College's New Braunfels location will offer two new technical programs this fall.
Certificates of completion will be available there in Industrial Systems Mechanic - Electrical and in Structural Welding.
