ATHENS, Georgia, April 26 -- Piedmont issued the following news release:
Oconee County High School volleyball player Oliva Miller has been named Athlete of the Month by the Sports Medicine Department at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center has named Athlete of the Month. The award is given each month to a student athlete who has shown perseverance while dealing with an injury or illness.
