STANTON, Kentucky, April 26 -- Rep. Andy Barr, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release on April 24, 2024:
On Tuesday, U.S. Congressman Andy Barr (KY-06) announced $300,000 in federal funding from the Fiscal Year 2023 Community Project Funding process to Powell County. These funds were used to purchase three quick-attack fire trucks which are now stationed at the three volunteer fire departments in Stanton, Middlefork, and Clay City allowing closer access to hard to reach porti . . .
