PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, April 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release on April 24, 2024:
A Dominican Republic native and former New York City resident has been sentenced in federal court to 78 months of incarceration, to be followed by five years of supervised release, on his conviction for federal drug trafficking offenses, United States Attorney Eric G. Olshan announced today.
