WASHINGTON, April 19 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
The House and Senate passed a two-year reauthorization of Title VII of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), which includes Section 702 authorities. The legislation also contains important reforms to both Title VII and Title I of FISA. The bill now heads to the President for signature into law.
