WASHINGTON, April 18 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
The Tenth Amendment reserves powers not delegated to the United States in the Constitution to the states and the people. In 2020, the State of Florida assumed Clean Water Act permitting authorities pursuant to procedures provided within the Clean Water Act, restoring the power of Floridians to decide permitting matters that affect them the most.
