On Friday, Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (D-GA-02) introduced H.Con.Res. 103, legislation that would authorize the use of the U.S. Capitol for the lying in honor of Colonel Ralph Puckett, Jr., the last Medal of Honor recipient for acts performed during the Korean War.
