ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, April 13 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release:
Thomas Walmsley, Director of Emergency Management for Bernalillo County, has successfully completed the prestigious Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Vanguard Executive Crisis Leaders Fellowship. Alongside 25 other distinguished crisis leaders, Walmsley participated in a two-week program designed to innovate emergency management strategies and enhance crisis leadership capabilities.
