Responding to the research, Dr Sarah Clarke, president of the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), said:
"At a time when the NHS is already so overstretched, it is very concerning to hear so many doctors say they are considering moving abroad to practice medicine. It's clear that we're at a turning point for the medical profession . . .
