WASHINGTON, April 10 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida's arrival to the United States marks the first official visit by a Japanese Prime Minister in nine years. The Prime Minister will also address a joint session of Congress.
