COLUMBUS, Ga. - Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) shared this statement following the news that Korean War Veteran, Presidential Medal of Honor recipient, and longtime Columbus resident, Colonel (Retired) Ralph Puckett, Jr. has passed away:
