WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Rep. Jared Moskowitz, D-Florida, issued the following news release on April 5, 2024:
Today, Reps. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Gerry Connolly (D-VA), and John Garamendi (D-CA) introduced legislation to change the name of the federal prison in Miami, Florida to the Donald J. Trump Federal Correctional Institution. The legislation follows the introduction of a Republican-led bill to rename Washington Dulles International Airport after the former president.
