HERNDON, Virginia, April 4 -- The RV Industry Association issued the following news on April 3, 2024:
On April 3rd, 2024, the Maryland General Assembly passed legislation HB 605 to create an RV-specific franchise law which governs the manufacturer-dealer relationship for RVs.
