FORT WORTH, Texas, March 28 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas issued the following news release:
The Texas Second Court of Appeals reversed (https://www.aclutx.org/sites/default/files/02-18-00138-cr_18138crremand_opinion.pdf) Crystal Mason's conviction Thursday evening, resulting in an acquittal.
