CHICAGO, Illinois, March 30 -- Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul issued the following news release on March 29, 2024:
Attorney General Kwame Raoul, as part of today a coalition of 24 attorneys general, filed an amicus brief with the United States Supreme Court in Idaho v. United States and Moyle v. United States urging the court to protect access to emergency abortion care in Idaho, consistent with the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA).
