NetChoice Respectfully Asks Gov. Kemp to Veto GA Bill Which Fails to Tackle Organized Retail Crime

ATLANTA, Georgia, March 29 -- NetChoice, a coalition of trade associations, eCommerce businesses and online consumers, all of whom share the goal of promoting convenience, choice and commerce on the Net, issued the following news on March 28, 2024:

Today, NetChoice sent a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp, outlining the problems with Georgia SB 472, which lets criminals off the hook for retail crimes, and respectfully asking him to veto it.
