FORT WAYNE, Indiana, March 29 -- Indiana Michigan Power, an American Electric Power company, issued the following news release:
Construction activities are underway at the Elkhart Hydroelectric Plant on the St. Joseph River. I&M is performing maintenance work this spring and must complete the work in order to raise the water level to its normal spring and summer operating level.
