RUSTON, Louisiana, March 14 -- Louisiana Tech University issued the following news:

Louisiana Tech University Alumni Association's East Texas Alumni Chapter has announced the Louisiana Tech East Texas Alumni Chapter Scholarship a $1000 entry-level scholarship.
