MARTINSBURG, West Virginia, March 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Quintel N. Owens, age 39, of Katy, Texas, was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison for selling fentanyl in the Eastern Panhandle.
According to court documents, Owens sold more than 780 grams of fentanyl in Berkeley County over a period of several months.
