WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 -- The House Financial Services Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions issued the following testimony by Thomas P. Feddo, a principal at Rubicon Advisors LLC, involving a hearing on Jan. 30, 2024, entitled "Better Investment Barriers: Strengthening CCP Sanctions and Exploring Alternatives to Bureaucratic Regimes."
