WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- The House Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion issued the following written testimony by Jeffrey T. Dinwoodie, a partner at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP, involving a hearing on Jan. 10, 2024, entitled "Regulatory Whiplash: Examining the Impact of FSOC's Ever-Changing Designation Framework on Innovation."
