SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Jan. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas issued the following news release:

A San Antonio man pleaded guilty yesterday to charges stemming from two separate indictments - one charging fraud and the other charging bribery.
