Washington, DC -- Today, Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) announced she is co-sponsoring Rep. Joe Morelle (NY-25)'s Preventing Deepfakes of Intimate Images Act, which would outlaw the nonconsensual creation and sharing of intimate photos digitally-generated with the aid of artificial intelligence or other technology, known as "deepfakes."
