WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- The House Armed Services Subcommittee on Strategic Forces issued the following testimony by Brigadier Gen. Clair A. Gill, deputy director for regional operations and force management in the Joint Staff Operations Directorate, involving a hearing on Dec. 7, 2023, entitled "Regional Missile Defense Assets - Assessing COCOM and Allied Demand for Capabilities." COCOM stands for combatant command.
