ALBANY, New York, Dec. 20 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release on Dec. 19, 2023:
Richard "Richie" Sinde, age 59, of Fort Lee, New Jersey, was sentenced today to 168 months in prison, to be followed by 5 years of supervised release, for conspiring to traffic about 15 kilograms of cocaine in March and April 2021.
