U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon: Portland Man Pleads Guilty in Federal Court for Role in Overdose Death of Portland Teenager

PORTLAND, Oregon, Dec. 14 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon issued the following news release on Dec. 13, 2023:

A local man pleaded guilty in federal court today for distributing fentanyl that caused the overdose death of a Portland teenager.

Tanner Welsh, 20, a Portland resident, pleaded guilty to one count of distributing fentanyl to a person under the age of twenty-one.
