WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on Nov. 29, 2023, on a joint resolution (S.J. Res. 47) providing for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code of the rule submitted by the Department of Justice relating to "Office of the Attorney General; Home Confinement Under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act".
