MCALLEN, Texas, Nov. 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, Alamdar S. Hamdani, issued the following news release on Nov. 9, 2023:
A 50-year-old Mexican national has been ordered to federal prison for possession with intent to distribute 88.5 kilograms of cocaine, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
Faustino Perez Luna pleaded guilty May 23.
U.S. District Judge Randy Crane has now ordered Luna to serve 70 months in federal priso . . .
