CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 31 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, issued the following news release on Oct. 30, 2023:

An Arizona company and CEO pleaded guilty today in federal court in Concord for distributing drugs into the interstate commerce that were not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.

Centera Bioscience, d/b/a Nootropics Depot, and its CEO, Paul Eftang, 38, pleaded guil . . .
