BALTIMORE, Nov. 17 -- The Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation issued the following news release:
Apprenticeship Maryland, the youth apprenticeship pilot program in Frederick and Washington counties, today announced an expanded role for Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS).
