Today, U.S. Senators Tom Udall (D-N.M.) and Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) announced that the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives have passed a Udall-Heinrich measure to strengthen the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) in the final National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
