Rep. Blumenauer Votes Against Conference Report on National Defense Authorization Act

WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Rep. Earl Blumenauer, D-Ore., issued the following speech, which was published in the Congressional Record on Nov. 15, voting against the conference report to accompany the National Defense Authorization Act (H.R. 2810):

Mr. Speaker, I will vote against the conference report to accompany H.R. 2810, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2018 (Roll no. 631). This bill is far from fiscally responsible.
